Typically provided during regular business hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, CDT).  Other support times available subject to mutual agreement.

The basic purpose of this free support is to scope out the scale of what you might need, what it might cost, and when we can do the work for you.

Job or Task Based Help

Sometimes you only need one or two things done… i.e.

  • setup automatic cron jobs
  • build a custom subscriber page
  • install the system on your server
  • configure the system to use Gmail smtp settings, etc.

We can provide a quote for these single or multiple tasks. Our best prices are quoted after we have an understanding of what you need.
